Along with his wife, Mrs. Petra Pfisterer, and Mr. Wolfgang Schindhelm, he founded the law firm Schindhelm & Pfisterer in 1985.

Alongside his studies, his legal clerkship, and his practice as a lawyer, Mr. Pfisterer was successfully leading medium-sized companies, as a shareholder as well as by managing their respective operations. The expert knowledge Mr. Pfisterer gained thereby is pivotal for the law firm’s business approach.
