Beate Lohrmann-Stallecker

Mrs. Lohrmann-Stallecker studied law at Heidelberg University and has been practicing as a labour law attorney since 1991. From August 2002 until January 31, 2009, Mrs. Lohrmann-Stallecker led the Stuttgart office of the labour law firm Ulrich Weber & Partner GbR. Since February 1, 2009, she is a partner of our law firm.

As specialized labour lawyer with long-standing practical experience, Mrs. Lohrmann-Stallecker has been advising clients on all issues of individual and collective labour law with a view to pragmatic and efficient problem solving. A key aspect of her activity is thereby the advice of entrepreneurs and workers’ councils, respectively, on restructuring measures, negotiating social compensation plans (redundancy programmes), and procedures in arbitration committees. A further focus of her practice is the representation of employers and employees in lay-off protection proceedings, as well as of employers and workers’ councils in labour law judicial decree procedures. Mrs. Lohrmann-Stallecker advises on contracts of employment and negotiates termination agreements for employers, employees, and executives. She is course instructor of various advanced training labour law events and workshops.

Mrs. Lohrmann-Stallecker advises in German and in English.

She is member in the work group “Labour Law” of the German Lawyers Association (DAV e.V.) as well as member of the Confederation of German Labour Lawyers (Verband deutscher ArbeitsrechtsAnwälte e.V.).
