In the crisis of a business, decisions have to be taken fast, with a strategic orientation, and in due consideration of various legal consequences. Creditors (suppliers, credit institutions, social insurance agencies), employees, and trade unions have to be involved in the elaboration of sustainable concepts. We design and negotiate such concepts and assist business entities in the effective implementation thereof.
